Please choose carefully. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or incorrect decisions. However, options for refund, exchange, or credit are available in cases of damaged or spoiled wine.

Any refunds approved and processed will be made to the card used for the original purchase. If you make an error and need to change your order please contact us as soon as possible after you have ordered, before your wine is shipped by emailing us at enquiries@somaustralia.com.au
