Shipping policy

SOM deliveries are shipped Australia wide via Aramex, our primary and preferred delivery service provider.

SOM does not currently offer shipping internationally. Please contact us at enquiries@somaustralia.com.au to see if we can fulfil your international delivery. 

For deliveries to Post Office Boxes and Parcel Collect services, as well as certain regional areas, we use Australia Post.

Orders are dispatched within two business days. Estimated shipping times range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 Australia-wide.
