2022 SOM Chablis AOC

2018 vintage was the first year of collaboration between two old friends from Chablis. Stephane travels to Chablis his hometown twice a year and sources the grapes from Domaine Raoul Gautherin where he is making this Chablis for the pleasure of the Australian wine lover community.

Tasting notes: The nose is filled with lemon, peach and white flower notes. The Palette is fresh, medium body with a citrus driven finish.
