2021 SOM Chablis Premier cru ‘’Vaillons’’

2018 vintage was the first year of collaboration between two old friends from Chablis. Stephane travels to Chablis his hometown twice a year and sources the grapes from Domaine Raoul Gautherin where he is making this Chablis for the pleasure of the Australian wine lover community.

Tasting notes: Generous pear, green apple on the nose. The palette is supple and elegant. Long, creamy, and generous bouquet finishing with a pleasant acidity.
