2021 Domaine Pinson Grand cru ‘’ Les Clos’’

A Domaine who has a family history in Chablis for more than 450 years. A father and daughter winemaking team with an uncle as a viticulturist who have a passion for excellence, harvesting by hand to select the best grapes with their king grape variety being Chardonnay. A love of working in the vines and Chablis soil, we embrace the perfect marriage blending tradition and modern techniques, rigour, and respect for the environment.

Tasting notes: The nose is filled with notes of citrus, green apples, and a hint of chalky minerality. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy, with a vibrant acidity and a long citrus-driven finish. This is a complex and structured wine, which will age gracefully for many years to come.
